I have special interest and training in the areas of substance use disorders, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I utilize a person centered and relational approach coupled with cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused brief therapy. I am also trained in EMDR, an approach now considered best practiced for managing symptoms of PTSD.
